Say no early
The work we decline is on the site, not in a difficult conversation three weeks into an engagement. That includes anything that would need an auditor approval we do not hold.
The deadline is the deliverable
A correct return filed late is a penalty. The filing calendar is agreed at the start of the engagement and it drives the month, rather than the other way round.
Small on purpose
This is a small practice and you deal with the person doing the work. It also means we are honest about capacity: if we cannot take your year end properly, we will say so rather than take it badly.
Countex Oy is a small, owner-led Helsinki accounting practice. The site makes no claim about headcount, client numbers or growth. You will not find a headcount, a client count or a growth figure anywhere on this site, because publishing one we could not evidence would be worse than publishing none.
